Nautica By E.L.BA provides users with a new concept of "Sailing Day". We offer a different product giving the chance to sail registered boats even if they are classified as vessels, as they meet much more strict requirements that allow better flexibility of use in safety and protection for the users themselves.
Each of our boats have a Yacht Corps insurance policy which includes damage caused to your boat (with a minimum deductible) as well as damage caused to third parties by means of a Third Party Liability policy included in the Yacht Corps policy; also included is an assistance policy at sea for rescue and towing within 9 NM from the mooring port.
Our boats are equipped with marine VHF and Cartographic GPS with safety equipment within 6 NM for "Without License" and 12 NM for "With License".
Our rental formula for one or more days also allows you not to be subject to the "Rental" time obligations, i.e. departure at 09.00 and mandatory return by 18.00 in addition to navigation obligations within a predetermined area. With our rental formula, the unit passes into the autonomous use of the tenant, who exercises navigation with it and assumes responsibility and risks while maintaining navigation autonomy. Our boats are equipped with the requirements set by the legislation for night navigation (however not recommended by us).
